Service Description

The first session provides an opportunity for us to see if we're a good fit and to discern how I may best serve you. Spiritual direction is the practice of partnering with another to navigate one's spiritual journey or relationship with the sacred. Spiritual directors help the religiously or spiritually curious connect with their essential selves. Through counseling-style interaction, directors create a space within which directees may openly, honestly, and safely explore, process, and deepen all parts of their personal spiritual inclinations and longings. Matters addressed by spiritual direction include but are not limited to: Body-Mind Integration Spiritual or Religious Transition / Deconstruction Nonreligious Spiritual Growth Spiritual or Religious Trauma Spiritual Practice Exploration LGBTQIA+ Spirituality (Affirming) Head-Heart Integration Faith Crisis​​ Friendship / Intimacy with the Sacred Occupational / Caregiver Burnout Meditation (Body and Imagination-Based) Interfaith Relationships General Spiritual Growth or Refreshment Body Movement​ Spiritual Maturity Spiritual or Religious Doubt Discernment​ Issues of Anger with the Divine / Misotheism Ecospirituality Bodywork I have received extensive theological training and am comfortable meeting with individuals of all spiritual backgrounds, including those who do not identify with any established traditions. I offer free initial sessions over Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts, Google Meet, FaceTime, and via phone call. Subsequent sessions are offered on a sliding scale and are held at my office in Denver, over video chat or the telephone, or outdoors.
